Why BeSmartDriver does not exist on iPhone
This is not a matter of priorities. It is a platform impossibility.

Why is the application Android only?
Because it relies on a bubble drawn over Uber or Bolt, and on reading the screen at the moment you ask it to. Android allows both mechanisms; iOS does not. This is not about budget or scheduling, it is a limit of the system.
Application sandboxing on iOS forbids one app from drawing over another or reading what another displays. This limit was confirmed with Apple's developer technical support.
Is an iPhone version planned later?
Not in this form. As long as iOS sandboxing stays what it is, the bubble and the screen reading are not achievable. An iPhone product would therefore exist by doing something else — not by porting this one.
What can an iPhone driver do in the meantime?
Work out their threshold and stick to it. The calculator on this site is free, runs in any browser and gives the same result as the application: a price per kilometre below which a ride costs you money.
